
David Schatzky (Co-Writer/Co-Producer)
In the 1960’s, David Schatzky won Best Actor and Best Director awards in the Simpson’s Collegiate Drama Festival. At York University he directed Waiting for Godot and for one season was Artistic Director for the Orono Youth Theatre. After studying Radio and TV Arts at Ryerson (now TMU) he joined CBC, hosting programs such as Metro Morning and Radio Noon. After two decades at CBC, David trained as a psychotherapist and was in private practice for over 20 years. Turning 70 in 2016, he retired to paint and write. Currently he’s working on a screenplay, Knott Now. Stay tuned!
